The shorts use something like this failure to attack all the biotech stocks. They're even able to drive ARRY down.
It's unfortunate, but that's how it works. I just hope the sec looks again at bringing back the old "uptick rule."
Fear is the strongest emotion and that's why the uptick was need and fair to all.
