The plan will reportedly serve the 600,000 New Yorkers without insurance

The program will cost at least $100 million annually

$100,000,000/600,000ppl = $166.67/yr/person.

Blasio has made two intentional mistakes.

First it will cost a hell lot more then $100 million. Second, I will cover a hell lot more then 600,000 people. Other then that.
