Abigail Johnson is the CEO of Fidelity Investments. On 2/13/18, she filed a 13G/A reporting ownership in 23,068,840 shares which constituted a 10.658% interest in TXMD.
On 6/8/18, she filed a 13G/A for the period ending 5/31/18 reporting ownership in 11,788,053 shares constituting a 5.442% interest.
On 5/30/18, TXMD received FDA approval for their low dose estrogen drug, and the stock fell 5.75% on 18.1M volume.
Looks like Abby was a significant contributor to that selling volume.
