Because no one here knows me, a lifelong registered dem who voted for McCain, I'll say what I think. Hillary is going to win the Dem nomination, Barney is tapping into the huge number it disaffected former middle class and ex hippies types, but for me....it's time to vote with my wallet. We do have a problem with big pharmaceuticals charging Americans more than anyone else in the world. Yes! Of course they have to recoup costs but why must the US be the ATM? Medicare and Medicaid. Oh, did I fail to mention the gigantic fraud that is the third horseman of Medicaid and Medicare? BUT that said, companies like Opko where innovation is incubated, are liable to be thrown out with the bath water. Are the Repubs offering better? I'm waiting to see. My experience is those with the most to offer are the least likely to run or win. Thanks for providing this forum to vent.
