Hillary whacked in NH, let's see how biotechs react. Now the IBB is trading at 14.4% (at today's low of 240) times earnings, which is almost 30% below its normalized 5 yr. growth rate. The IBB was cut by 40% from its June high to today's intraday low. Saw this in 2008-09, but the difference here is the length of time the IBB p/e in this biotech bear market has lasted so long below its normalized growth rate.
