Gilead management team had been criticized for years about their reluctance to make any pipeliine boosting acquisitions and then today they announce they are acquiring Kite Pharma for 11.9B. Thats 180.00 a share, a 29% premium over Friday's KITE closing price. When they finally make a move it's a BIG one!
