Things are getting close to becoming real as Trump finds no willing bond provider.

Theoretically, James will be seizing Trump real estate assets in NY.

Consequently:

Each seized asset is removed from the tax rolls; state and local.

If there is a mortgage involved, the state will be the mortgagee.

Since huge buildings require a large staff of maintenance workers, the state will be the employer; wages, salaries, more taxes, benefits, etc.

Utility bills.

Property insurance.

Probably a good thing NY has a budget surplus, right? Oh, wait.
