As we draw close to our Q3 call I am reminded that a year ago we had R&D expenses of around $14m, which Logal said was mostly our contribution to the next gen delivery device for NGENLA.
Seems unlikely that PFE is redesigning a new auto injector for just this biologic, although maybe they are trying to reduce the injection site discomfort. Maybe they are trying to work through reformulation to eliminate the need to refrigerate.
Uncle, anyone, thoughts?
The good news is it’s being lead by Pfizer, so probably won’t be one of those items that just ends up in the supply closet after realizing nobody either wants or needs it.
