Please note, on September 28, 2021, approximately 2000 pink sheet securities that are currently qualified, but do not meet the amended Rule’s information requirements, may become ineligible for public quoting. Many execution centers have announced that they will cease trading in these securities. It is uncertain how the liquidity of impacted securities will be impacted by the amended Rule once it goes into effect. This means that you may be unable to liquidate the affected positions after the September 28, 2021 compliance date, if the company has not met the Rule's information requirements by then.
