This seems a bit convoluted to me. NTL, Gabelli, or some entity he controls, has dipped their wick.

And by all means, do read the footnotes. I don't recall ever remembering a footnote disclaiming 100% interest.

Beats me. It's a Form 3, initial stake by some one of the 3 parties, but another of the 3 is a 10% owner, but not by virtue of 15K shares, and........who's on first?
