How will OPKO fare under the "America first" rage?

Either Presidential victor and the Congress people who wish to be re-elected during mid-term elections will undoubtedly be looking to take some air out of the balloons of domestic companies (if there is such a thing) that choose to take jobs overseas and take advantage of tax benefits. To me, it has become quite obvious that all "politicians" will take note of the issues that propelled certain candidates forward..... SO, I ask those among you who understand the business end of OPKO better than I do (that should be about 99% here).....

1) If such a scenario occurs, will OPK (and others) be forced to pull back foreign operations or not do so and just pay Uncle Sam full US taxes? 
2) Can or Is OPKO structured to take advantage say --- with EIRGEN or FINETECH.....but not with, say RAY which is possibly going to be manufactured in St. Pete?
3) Is all of OPKO (as one corporate ex.) simply screwed for having some foreign operations or do you think FROST will re-incorporate  OPKO overseas and then pay the threatened penalty (per Trump) of paying the price in less favorable treatment here so that it is perhaps a wash?

I have many other questions, but I think you business/finance types know where I am going with this in my inarticulate way. (I truly believe this anti-NAFTA, jobs for 'mericans.....sentiment will be the rallying cry for some time....and my non-investor side,  sorta agrees).
