Not sure what the drop in US revenue could mean, if anything. Perhaps Bourla contracted with Opko's domestic Rayaldee sales force. Or, could be an artifact of raw material availability, and where PFE chose to deploy it for sales (Europe? elsewhere?). Total Int'l sales were up 13% so who knows. Is Skytrofa kicking Pfizer's HGH ass in the US? When Opko is even derivatively connected to the equation, total annihilation is always a potential outcome.
