And here we are with OPK hoping that some short seller doe not cook up another piece of usubstantiatable garbage against Frost. For a $5 million "penny stock manipulation" fine Frost paid for Cuban's charges (which were never proven), the company lost $2 billion in market cap.
And nothing has been done about it.
