Also, I am no options expert but it looks like January 19 is loaded up compared to all other expiration dates. Perhaps it coincides safely after an announcement (not to be confused with an assumed award that benefits OPK).
And the road to confirmation continues today with another Senate VA committee meeting on the nomination of Robert Wilkie (from Congress.gov):
Tuesday, Jul 10, 2018 2:15 PM – S-216 Veterans' Affairs Business meeting to consider the nomination of Robert L. Wilkie, of North Carolina, to be Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
And the result of yesterday's committee meeting (emphasis mine):
PN2179 — 115th Congress (2017-2018) — Robert L. Wilkie — Department of Veterans Affairs Robert L. Wilkie, of North Carolina, to be Secretary of Veterans Affairs, vice David J. Shulkin. Date Received from President: 06/20/2018 Committee: Veterans' Affairs Latest Action: 07/10/2018 - Placed on Senate Executive Calendar. Calendar No. 1000. Subject to nominee's commitment to respond to requests to appear and testify before any duly constituted committee of the Senate.
Fact is, the number one duty of all (at least all old, mainline) Congress Critters is to raise money for the Party. Everything else is #2 at best. Which is why they rarely get anything we give a crap about done.
