The stock closed at 2.81, up 92.47% though it attained an intraday high of 3.05.
If it gaps tomorrow above 3.33, and without a favorable market background, and without a ton of volume, it will falter. Traders will sell on the dip or sideways move.
But that isn't necessarily the end of this move.
