Being reported in tandem with this is that several emergency services are being impacted, 911 call centers, which are probably VOIP and using a webservice affected. Clearly...whomever is behind this, wants to impact ordinary Americans (fuel with colonial, meat with the packing plant, and now sites we use for commerce including potentially delaying life saving services).

Yes...sure seems like we are at war here with some actors targeting regular civilians over government/military.
